Walter: Sorry, there will be no recovery with Martha.

The cancer is all over her body and in her brain....she is in hospice care as of yesterday. The doctor said 2-6 months, but, her son just told me yesterday that it would be 2-6 weeks. I'm devastated, but, I did have a wonderful visit with her at Chistmas when she was in Michigan with her family. She came to my home after her visit and stayed with us and I took her to the airport.....we both cried....knowing that we miht not see each other again. I couldn't stop on my way down to Florida to visit her because I had my mother with me and with her children there, it would have been too much. Just as I got settled enough where I thought I would drive up to see her, the plans were already to take her home. I have to hope she will make it to April when I go home, so I can drive up to see her once more. I will keep you posted. sharrie
